Can’t Really Blame Her, It’s Monday
I had to be to work at 5am and the kids were in charge of getting themselves up, ready, and off to the bus stop. The following is a text convo that transpired around 8am.
Her: My tummy really hurts.
Me: What’s wrong, exactly?
Her: It feels like somebody is stabbing me in the belly button.
Me: Should I try to come home so I can take you to the hospital?
Her: I don’t think it’s hospital stabbing, just not going to school stabbing.
